Three fjords, connected by tunnels and therefore easily accessible, characterise the landscape of the Troll Peninsula: the fjords of the small villages of Olafsfjördur and Siglufjördur as well as the unpopulated Hedinsfjord offer more than enough ski touring opportunities for a week. Then there are the mountains around the nearby coastal town of Dalvik, which is home to a small ski resort and one of the best coffee houses on the island. All in all, the best conditions for a successful ski touring trip to the far north!

Brimnes, Olafsfjördur
Our accommodation in Olafsfjördur delights our guests every year. We stay in small wooden chalets for 2 to 6 people, well equipped with double rooms, kitchen and living room. Here we find enough space to relax after our tours. Not only does the cosy ambience help, but also the hot tub on the terrace, which is typical of Iceland.
We are catered for in the Hotel Brimnes right next to our chalets. In the morning, there is a rich breakfast buffet where you can also stock up for the tours. In the evening there are several choices - also in the form of a buffet.
